Don Dixon
Associate Pastor
In March of 2026, Don joined the staff at Hillcrest as Associate Pastor. He has been married to his wife Diane since 1988. Don graduated from the University of Mobile and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. Just prior to coming to Hillcrest, Don was serving as a hospice chaplain in Mobile. In his over 35 years of ministry, Don has served in churches in Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. He also worked for LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN for over 5 years. Don enjoys watching movies, playing golf and shooting sports. His life verse is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope."
