Dr. Mynatt came to be Pastor of Hillcrest on February 2010. He was born and raised in Missouri, where he completed his undergraduate and Master’s degrees. He began full-time ministry in 1988 as a student minister. While in Missouri he served in two churches as their student pastor. Upon completion of his Masters, Michael moved to Texas so that he could continue working in student ministry. Michael also served as Senior Pastor for seven years in Texas. During that time in Texas, he completed his doctorate in Education Ministry with a focus on families, at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

In June 2021, Coltin Wester joined the staff of Hillcrest Baptist Church as our Minister of Worship. He believes our Sunday morning worship should be an exciting time as we gather together to celebrate our Savior. Coltin has been married to his wife Chelsea since 2013 and they have three daughters Cappella, Coral, and Canter. Coltin and Chelsea enjoy leading worship together and seeing the Spirit of God penetrate hearts through music. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Worship from Liberty University. Coltin’s hope for our church is that we would be a people devoted to the Word as we worship God with our lives.

Mrs. Annette, a native of Cullman, Alabama, graduated from Cullman High School. Her family moved to Enterprise on July 2000 and began serving here at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Mrs. Annette joined our staff on July 15, 2003, as the Director of Children’s Ministry. She has worked with children for approximately 20 years. Annette and her husband, Byron, have two children, Leslie and Matt.

Ronda was born and raised in Enterprise. After graduating from the University of
Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Tax
Accounting degree in 1982 and 1984 respectively, she pursued a career as a certified
public accountant. In 2009, she began working at Hillcrest Baptist Church and has
had the privilege of serving in several different capacities. Her passion is ministering
to Senior Adults and she is presently serving as the Director of Senior Adults. She is
also the administrative assistant for the Counseling Ministry.

Ronda and her husband Paul have been married since 1987 and have two wonderful
daughters, Catherine and Elizabeth.
