Dr. Michael Mynatt
Dr Mynatt came to be Pastor of Hillcrest in February 2010. He was born and raised in Missouri, where he completed his undergraduate and Master's degrees. He began full-time ministry in 1988 as a student minister. While in Missouri he served in two churches as their student pastor. Upon completion of his Masters, Michael moved to Texas so that he could continue working in student ministry. Michael also served as Senior Pastor for seven years in Texas. During that time in Texas, he completed his doctorate in Education Ministry with a focus on families, at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Michael's previous staff position was at First Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Michael and Leslie have been married since 1991 and have two wonderful daughters.
Mrs. Annette Whitton
Mrs. Annette, a native of Cullman, Alabama, graduated from Cullman High School. Her family moved to Enterprise in July 2000 and began serving here at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Mrs. Annette came on staff July 15, 2003 as the Director of Children's Ministry. She has worked with children for approximately 20 years. Annette and her husband, Byron, have two children- Leslie and Matt.
Rev. Dwayne Sims
Dwayne Sims came to the Hillcrest staff July of 2003. He surrendered to the ministry while still in high school in 1973 and began serving the Lord on church staffs in 1976. Dwayne has served in full-time ministry for 25 years through five churches in four different states. He is a graduate of Delta State University (Bachelor of Music) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Religious Education).
Dwayne and his wife Brenda have been married since 1981 and have two sons (Cliff and Brian) who are pursuing a career in the Christian Music Industry. Brenda is the accompanist for the Enterprise High School Choral Department and serves as one of the accompanists for Hillcrest.
Rev. John Yates
Bro. John is a native of Paragould, Arkansas. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree with emphasis in trumpet performance from Delta State University, Cleveland, Mississippi. In 1986 John entered the field of vocational evangelism and came to Hillcrest in January 2001. By means of speaking, vocal solos, trumpet, and ventriloquial figures, he shares the good news of Jesus Christ. John and his wife, Patty, reside in Enterprise.
Rev Matt Smith
Bro. Matt and his wife, Julie, came back to his hometown to serve at Hillcrest on September 7, 2003. They have two sons, Spencer and Skyler. He and Julie believe students are a vital part of the church today. Their desire is to reach and disciple students for Christ. Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Studies from the University of Mobile and then attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages. Presently, he is pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary. For the past 13 years Matt has served churches in Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Rev Randy Stumbaugh
Randy Stumbaugh has served as Minister of Education/Senior Adults at Hillcrest Baptist Church since August of 2003. His life verse is 2 Timothy 2:2 - And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
Randy and his wife Kathy have two children, Rebecca and Timothy.
Rev. Jim Duhaime MA, LPC
Jim has been a member of Hillcrest since January 1993 and came on staff September 1, 1999. He was born at Ft. Bragg, NC, January 1950 and retired from the U.S. Army Infantry, January 1993. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Psychology, form Florida Baptist College with a B.A. in Christian Counseling, and from Troy University with a Masters in Community Counseling.
Bro. Jim is married to Linda who was born and raised in Enterprise, Alabama. They have two grown children, Amy and Brian.
